Shawnee Smith (5' 3") is a American TV and film actress. Smith is perhaps more well-known for her role as Amanda Young, in the Saw film series as well as Linda Becker in the CBS sitcom Becker. Smith was the frontwoman of FydollaHo, an metalband with which she toured both and the United States of America and Great Britain. Smith and Missi Pyle are half of Smith & Pyle the group of Desert Country-Rock. Her performance in the show as Rebecca Bunch Rachel won the 2015 Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Television Series - Musical or Comedy the 2016 Critics Choice Award for Best actress in a television Comedy and the prestigious 2016 TCA Award for Individual Achievement in Comedy. In 2019, she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Music and lyrics with songwriting partners Jack Dolgen and the late Adam Schlesinger for Antidepressants Are So Not a Big Deal. Currently Rachel will be on a spring-summer 2023 live show tour with her band Death Let Me Do My Special. Rachel was on stage with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Live at Radio City Music Hall in 2019 in the course of a lengthy tour. She also appeared in her own solo tour entitled What Am I Doing with My Life? This included a seven-day residency in the venue Just For Laughs.
